Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Senior Dental Assistant specializing in chairside procedures to join our team.

As a vital member of our practice, you will work closely with our primary dentist to deliver complex dental treatments with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during chairside procedures, including dental implants, periodontal surgeries, endodontic treatments, and oral surgeries. Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring they are equipped with necessary instruments, materials, and technology. Maintain strict infection control standards through sterilization and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment. Take and develop dental X-rays for treatment planning and assessment. Provide proactive chairside assistance, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout procedures. Manage patient records and documentation accurately and confidentially. Mentor and train junior dental assistants in chairside procedures and best practices.

Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience as a dental assistant, preferably in a specialty or complex dental practice. Proficiency in chairside assisting techniques and strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with compassion for patient care. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
