    We are seeking a skilled "EXPERIENCED" Senior Accounting Payroll Specialist with accounting payroll knowledge to join our team. As a bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. And assisting with a small book of business needing payroll services. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and is proficient in various accounting software.

    Duties:

    Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data

    Record and maintain debits and credits accurately

    Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes

    Conduct account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues

    Utilize 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry

    Assist with tax preparation and filing

    Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner

    Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

    Utilize Sage or other accounting software to manage financial transactions

    Skills:

    Proven experience in bookkeeping or related field

    Strong knowledge of balance sheet reconciliation, debits, credits, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and account reconciliation

    Proficient in 10-key typing for efficient data entry

    Familiarity with tax regulations and payroll processing

    Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

    Experience AND KNOWLEDGE WITH QUICKBOOKS ONLINE A MUST
