The Business Analyst is tasked with gathering and articulating both functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring that our solutions align perfectly with stakeholder needs and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of sharp analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and an understanding of the card payments landscape, with a preference for those experienced in B2B payments.

Required Qualifications and Skills
3-5 years of experience in business analysis and change management, ideally within the payments industry.

Specific experience in B2B payments is highly desirable, demonstrating a understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space.

A minimum of three years of experience demonstrating an understanding of technical terminology and concepts such as APIs, Cloud Computing, Web Development, and Database Management, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams to gather and articulate requirements.
Exceptional attention to detail and superior communication, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated proficiency with agile methodologies and Scrum framework, contributing to a flexible and responsive work environment.
Experience with Confluence and Jira, facilitating effective project management and team collaboration.
Previous experience with AWS, showcasing a familiarity with cloud-based solutions.
