    This position in Fremont, CA offers an exciting opportunity within an innovative, employee-oriented company, offering 3 weeks of vacation the first year and profit sharing.

    As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following for our key enterprise clients:

    Develop and maintain project schedules.
    Reconciles production schedule to customer demand.

    Execute customer design change requests with production and procurement through system and email updates with ongoing status reports to stakeholders.

    Coordinates with materials team and vendors to ensure production deliverables are met.

    Develop and execute intercept plans for material changes and substitutions with production and procurement through system and email updates with ongoing status reports to stakeholders.

    Supports and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement.
    Documents processes and procedures in alignment with sister-factories
    Works with logistics team to coordinate shipments to customer sites.

    Coordinate with Production, Materials Group, Engineering, Commercial Sales and Shipping to manage and fulfill change orders or back orders at all stages of project fulfillment.

    Maintain, develop where required, tracking tools consistently. - Administering and coordinating customer's entire cycle will include but not limited to:
    Participate in weekly production meetings to ensure risks to deliverables are identified and escalated.

    Ongoing daily communication regarding capacity, inventory, ship dates, delivery dates, pull-ins, pushouts, delivery addresses, contact information, requests for documents, etc.

    Keeping stakeholders appraised of ship dates, changes, etc. and keeping things "on track."
    Coordinate factory material support for field service including updates to tracking tools.
    Experience managing multiple projects at any given time.

    Requirements:

    A bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a successful Project Manager in a busy/fast paced environment are required.

    Being flexible and exhibiting an outgoing/service-oriented and positive personality is a must.

    Strong organizational, written and verbal skills, excellent attention to detail, and strong proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint are also required.

    The ability to prioritize and be effective with many "moving pieces" without supervision is a must. A technical background or experience in a manufacturing/sales environment is a plus.
