    We are seeking passionate and talented Account Managers to join our team. As a TikTok Account Manager, you will play a key role in the live shopping channel on TikTok, leading operations to achieve excellence and ensuring the delivery of high-quality online products. This position is based in Bellevue, Washington, involving client management, sales strategy formulation, leading TikTok live streams, tracking revenue data, optimizing resources, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.

    Role Overview:

    The Account Manager in the live-streaming industry plays a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with clients. This position aims to enhance customer satisfaction, explore business growth opportunities, and achieve sales targets. We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced candidates who can understand client needs and meet expectations by providing high-quality service and solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Brand Relationship Management: Establish and maintain close relationships with brand clients, understand their needs, provide personalized service, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Live Stream Data Analysis: Develop comprehensive live stream rules. Be responsible for organizing and analyzing live stream data, closing reports, and achieving live stream sales targets.
    • Business Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth, drive sales revenue growth, and achieve individual and team sales targets through increased sales revenue.
    • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies, including prospecting new clients, negotiating contract terms, and managing sales progress to ensure sales targets are met.
    • Client Support: Promptly address brand issues and complaints, provide efficient solutions, maintain smooth communication with clients, and maintain good customer relationships.
    • Internal Coordination: Responsible for managing the company's internal team, planning and following up on live stream effectiveness, and working closely with internal teams to meet client needs.
    • Market Analysis: Collect and analyze market information and competitor dynamics and provide market insights and feedback to inform sales strategy and product optimization.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3 years experience in the live streaming industry, familiarity with live streaming platforms, and market trends are preferred.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively managing client relationships and problem-solving.
    • Strong team spirit, able to coordinate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
    • Proficiency in office software and good data analysis skills.

    Salary and Benefits:

    Compensation: 70,000-90,000 Annual

    任职资格:

    本科或以上学历,市场营销、商务管理或相关专业优先。

    3年以上直播行业相关经验,熟悉直播平台和市场趋势者优先。

    出色的沟通和谈判能力,能够有效管理客户关系和解决问题。

    具备团队合作精神,能够与内部团队协调合作,共同实现销售目标。

    熟练运用办公软件,具备良好的数据分析能力。
