Description

Knowledge of AWS serverless and microservice architecture.
Knowledge of AWS DevOps, build automation, test automation (CloudFormation, Code Commit, CodePipline, CodeDeploye, Unit test, IAM)
Performing testing for all the functional areas
Maintain and manage Angular & Node Js related incidents, defects and required changes.
Complete knowledge of flow and processes
Data sync issues between integrating system should be identified, analyzed and troubleshooted for resolution
Coordinate & Review release notes, cutover plan etc. for Project Releases and perform deployments on Staging, Production & Production DR

Root cause analysis for P1, Critical P2, Reoccurring tickets & any defect where submitter is seeking clarification regardless of its priority-level.

AMS Defect release (Report pending Jira's on weekly basis) , resolution on Jira's
Performing testing for all the functional areas
Maintain & Install product upgrades, patch (product and security) /service pack upgrades to all products and hosted applications.
AMS release - Defect and Enhancement (Report pending Jira's on weekly basis), resolution on Jira's
Coordinating with Solutions & QA team to get signoff for .com defect release
