    Are you a motivated, high-energy professional with a passion for business development and client relationship management? Glenmont Group is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our client's Clients & Markets team, focusing on the Financial Services market.

      Qualifications:
    • Education & Experience:
      • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or client relationship management.
      • Proven track record in managing client relations in a law firm or professional services setting.
    • Skills:
      • Team-oriented, yet capable of working independently as the lead business development contact.
      • Strong attention to detail, with effective time and project management skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines.
      • Proactive, hands-on approach with a collaborative and enthusiastic mindset.
      • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
      • Experience with Foundation and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus, but not required.
    • Salary: Estimated base salary range: $160,000 - $180,000, based on qualifications and experience.
