Must be able to lift 50 lbs., stand for long periods of time, drive a Forklift, Great work Ethic, be able to Follow Verbal or Written line up, Work as a Team or Individually.
Operate Presses (hydraulic, mechanical), Press Brake, Belt sander, grinders (pedestal, air), Saws
Run parts efficiently & consistently.
Take the first good piece to CMM for buy off.
Perform in-process checks to ensure quality.
Responsible to fill out proper paperwork to support the job.
Fill out Blue Routing Tag.
Debur parts as required.
Maintaining tooling via lube, plastic, to keep tooling clean & without gouges.
Cut Plastic when needed.
Follow all Safety Protocols.
Keep local and surrounding areas clean and organized.
Package part to send to shipping.
Assist with loading / unloading trucks.
Paint machines (Rare Occurrence)
Move parts, bins, pallets with forklift.
Clean Tooling as needed.
Assist Die Setter if needed.
Troubleshoot issues.
Oil Blanks if needed.
