Under the direction of the Director of Assessment and Referral, the Intake RN/LPN assures smooth and orderly admissions into the hospital.
Receives incoming admission inquiry calls, assesses patients for admission, and makes appropriate referrals.The Intake RN helps streamline the patient experience by completing the necessary assessments and medical documentation moving the patient through the admission process to the unit.
