- Collaboration with technical Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and leading other project engineers in coordination and execution of awarded technical scope.
- Developing and maintaining a thorough and detailed understanding of the technical scope
- Integrating with technical IPTs as needed to drive contract closure and on time deliverables
- Effective communication of technical issues to various levels of program management while coordinating resolution in parallel through development of closure plans.
- Understanding and communicating how the technical scope of the contract aligns with the overall program objectives and strategy.
- Driving cross-functional teams through contract execution and understand interdependencies and prioritization of tasks.
- Identifying risks and opportunities and driving closure plans through ownership and technical leadership.
- Perform EVMS analysis at the contract level and understand impact to overall engineering and/or LOB performance (EVMS / CAM certification required within 6 months of start date)

What You Will Be Doing This is a Project Engineering Senior Staff position that will report to the Project Engineering Development Integration manager
This position will support the ACURL Phase 2 contract
