- Lead Flow Cytometry experiments, including sample preparation, staining, acquisition, and analysis.
- Develop, optimize, and validate Flow Cytometry methods for the characterization and analysis of various samples.
- Design and execute laboratory experiments to characterize and evaluate the properties of new and existing compounds.
- Interpret and analyze experimental data and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Collaborate with other scientists, engineers, and researchers to support product development and innovation.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Flow Cytometry equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, procedures, and results.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in the field of chemistry and related industries.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in chemical analysis, synthesis, and laboratory techniques.
- Demonstrated expertise in Flow Cytometry, including both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in Flow Cytometry software (e.g., FlowJo, FCS Express) and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of chemical principles and theories.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in a research and development setting, particularly in Pharmaceuticals is highly desirable.
