    We are seeking a motivated and responsible Wonderful Scholar for a full-time 8-week internship. Join our team and immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of recruitment. Assist in sourcing top talent, and refining recruitment strategies. Gain valuable hands-on experience in candidate evaluation and talent pipeline management. Collaborate with experienced professionals to support our dynamic workforce needs.     This position is based in Shafter, CA with possible travel to Los Angeles. The start date is June 17, 2024, and the schedule for this internship is Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    • Schedule interviews (virtual and in-person) for recruiters and hiring managers as needed
    • Open new requisitions and enter candidates into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
    • Review and disposition applicants in ATS
    • Collect new hire pre-onboarding documents and reference checks
    • Post job openings on the recruiter's boards
    • Update and edit job postings on career sites
    • Ensure consistent messaging to candidates throughout the recruiting process
    Qualifications
    • Must be 18 years of age and a Wonderful Scholar active and eligible for college success scholarship
    • Must submit a resume, reference letter, and cover letter with your application
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-directed and able to work autonomously
    • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
    • Live scan clearance
    Pay: $18.00/Hour
