- Provide direct behavioral intervention to clients in individual sessions
- Work together with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervisor to implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs in accordance with best practices in ABA therapy
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data for each session using our electronic data collection platform
- Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients and their families
- Maintain active communication with clients, families, BCBA supervisors, and Level Ahead's admin team
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the field of ABA
- Education/experience in education, special education, or mental health fields preferred
- Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification or be willing to complete the 40-hour RBT course provided by one of the certifying programs. The course that we suggest is located at the following website:
- Access to reliable transportation, active drivers license and car insurance, travel required
- Must be punctual, professional, and able to implement direct intervention sessions without daily supervision independently
- Must be compassionate towards clients with disabilities and their families
- Proficient with technology
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
