Human Resources Manager, you will, strategize and implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business objective, enhance company culture, drive employee engagement, manage talent acquisition, oversee performance management, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Job Duties:

• Develop training and performance management programs
• Create and update compensation strategies based on market research
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution
• Manage the staffing process
• Maintain organization charts and employee records
• Develop and maintain HR systems and processes
• Conduct performance and salary reviews, and analyze compensation and benefits trends

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
• 5+ years of HR generalist experience required
• 1+ year(s) of HR leadership experience required
• HR certification desired
