Officient is an HR platform for HR administration of small and mid-sized organizations.

This HR platform, that can easily be used by smaller organizations, who want to have their people data in one place, and who want to facilitate basic HR processes.

Get all your basic HR operations in order and connect/integrate with common payroll applications to get payroll up and running.

Officient comes with everything you might expect from a lightweight operating system, including document management, employee self service (app) and analytics.

You'll receive a warm welcome from your direct colleagues in Exact Technology, based mainly in Delft and Kuala Lumpur. Exact has multiple PHP-stacks and we encourage and facilitate knowledge sharing over the different teams.
