- Best-in-Class Distributor and Area Account Management
- Build relationships with Key Accounts and DSD Wholesale Partners to meet / exceed quarterly revenue goals for the territory
- Manage inventory and Wholesaler POs
- Invest daily to expand distribution, gain displays, and integrate POS materials to generate HOP WTR Brand awareness
- Coordinate/conduct demos each month and participate at trade events
- Develop/improve timely field reporting of daily account activities
- Own your market to drive velocities and win at the point-of-purchase
- Execute the HOP WTR key initiatives to meet our sales goals and stay within budget
- Adjust HOP WTR sales tactics to fit the needs of your area and maximize growth potential
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University OR a similar amount of on-the-job experience
- Start-up CPG company experience a plus
- Experience as a beverage industry distributor or supplier a plus
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- A high degree of organization and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to win: an extreme degree of ownership
- The adaptability and flexibility to succeed at an early stage company
- Relationships with key chain and independent accounts in the market area
- An ability to initiate and build relationships in an open, friendly, and accepting manner
- Ability to travel regularly across the territory with a flexible schedule (Travel 50%+)
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting (40-50lbs), standing and walking
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid car insurance
