    $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

    Provides personal services to patients to maintain and increase the greatest level of functioning, independence, and recovery. These personal services include all activities of daily life.


    Horizon House/Forest View is an assisted living community where most residents have more autonomy than in a long term care facility.

    There are 60 apartments and two cottages; some with double rooms. The homelike atmosphere and two outdoor garden areas make for a pleasant atmosphere for residents and staff alike.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Alaska Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
    • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
    • Must satisfy State of Alaska Licensing, Assisted Living Homes background records and fingerprint check criteria upon hire.

    Preferred Qualification:

    • Experience in the area of orthopedics.
