Job Summary

We are looking for an Administrative Support team member to join our operations and organization through data entry while providing exceptional customer service to our customers, vendors, and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to the AR, AP, and Sales departments including but not limited to charging credit cards, filing ship tickets, pulling invoices, setting up new vendors, and handling emails
  • Enters data for our warehouse and counter sales departments
  • Greets visitors and answers the multiline phone system, directing calls appropriately
  • Scans and prints documents
  • Sorts and distributes mail to the proper departments, handles all outgoing postage, makes trips to the bank daily (using a company vehicle) Manages Accounts Payable emails Other office duties upon request Eagerness to gain office experience Experience managing your own timeline priority work multitasking Excellent written verbal communication skills Attention detail Strong organizational skills fast-paced environment Strong basic mathematical skills Experience Microsoft Office software Word Excel basic knowledge Computer savvy willingness learn proprietary software Valid clean driver's license make trips bank post office daily using company vehicle Ability sit prolonged periods time accommodations request Ability utilize computer keyboard computer monitor adding machine telephone prolonged periods time accommodations request
