- Address equipment breakdowns by conducting mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance to maintain continuous customer supply.
- Repair, adjust, rebuild, inspect, and supervise production and facility-related machinery and equipment.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance using the Tabware system, updating as needed.
- Monitor production quantity and quality, adjusting machinery as required and resolving minor jams.
- Offer technical assistance for resolving equipment issues beyond the Production Associate's scope.
- Execute equipment enhancements or upgrades, interpret prints for mechanical repairs on molding machines and related subsystems.
- Engage in Quality initiatives, discussing technical matters with the management team.
- Apply Lean methodologies (e.g., 5S, 20 Keys) following established procedures and comply with safety regulations.
- Accurately complete production documentation/forms in accordance with company and cGMP guidelines.
- Operate molding machines, including setup and processing when necessary.
- Completion of an Associate's Degree, Technical Certificate program, or relevant experience. High School diploma or GED.
- 3-5 years of manufacturing experience with at least two years in equipment maintenance troubleshooting or equivalent military background.
- Capability to lift and relocate items weighing up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 65 pounds occasionally.
