    The Marketing Specialist will have a hybrid role within the marketing department.

    The main focus will be to own retail marketing initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams, to drive engagement, growth, and revenue across wholesale channels.

    The Marketing Specialist will also support broader marketing functions to contribute to the overarching goals and initiatives of the marketing department.

    The Marketing Specialist will also support broader marketing functions to contribute to the overarching goals and initiatives of the marketing department.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Retail Marketing Focus (70%) Act as the Marketing departments main point of contact for communication to and from retail partners and the sales and tech rep teams to provide educational resources, field incoming marketing requests, and to onboard new accounts with in-store POP display assets.

    Liaise between the sales reps/retail partners and the marketing team for all custom requests, work as the project manager to develop the requested assets and put them into production, as well as coordinate the distribution of completed jobs.

    Own all incoming content requests from major wholesale channels, such as REI and PublicLands, to provide digital assets and product information, adhering to deadlines provided to ensure all needs are met.

    Compose and distribute monthly updates regarding relevant marketing initiatives and activations to the sales rep team, as well as seasonal product launch updates, to increase engagement and brand knowledge.

    Connect with each sales agency directly at least once per month to offer additional support and gain insight.

    Responsible for the management of digital assets in our B2B eCommerce Platform to ensure a seamless and up-to-date experience for retail partners.

    Oversee the production and distribution of brand documents twice per year to ensure sales and tech reps have the necessary tools needed per season and assist the Product Manager will the organization and distribution of samples twice per year.

    Collaborate with sales rep and retail partners to create in-store marketing opportunities and to optimize and elevate current displays, signage, and merchandising materials.

    Field and fulfill requests from sales reps for Topo Gear and swag items for special events and new accounts, distribute custom gear for specific marketing activations and promotions, and keep track of inventory levels to ensure we have stock at all times.

    Marketing Admin Support (30%) Assist with posting scheduled content across social channels, such as Instagram and TikTok, utilizing Sprout Social push notifications and manage uploading and publishing Product Videos to YouTube.

    Monitor received comments and direct messages across social media channels via Sprout Social, respond to questions and feedback appropriately, escalating to Customer Service as needed.

    Responsible for maintaining and updating product feeds across multiple platforms, such asGoogle Merchant Center and Criteo, on a scheduled frequency to ensure accuracy and inclusion of all in-line products.

    Monitor the general marketing inbox, responding to and forwarding communication as needed.
    Performing other duties as required/assigned by Marketing Manager and Director.


    Required Skills and Competencies:
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborative and able to work well with crossfunctional teams.
    High degree of initiative, personal responsibility, and ownership.

    Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meetingdeadlines, strong time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.


    Qualifications:
    Minimum Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in a marketing role or related field.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related fields.
    Prior experience and familiarity with retail marketing and/or working for a consumer facing brand is highly desirable.
    Ability to work in-office in Framingham, MA as needed within our hybrid work structure.
    Openness and availability for light travel to visit retail partner locations and attend conferences and/or trade shows as needed.


    Minimum Education:
    Bachelors Degree or equivalent prior work experience

    Compensation:
    $58,000-$70,000, exempt. The successful candidates actual pay rate offer will take into account a wide range of job-related factors including skill sets, years and nature of relevant experience, training, pay rates of associates in similar positions, the candidates location, and other organizational needs. The estimated pay range has been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid or unpaid time off work, and/or retirement benefits, unless required by law.

    Employees initially receive 17 PTO days per year (pro-rata on first year of employment) and are annual performance bonus eligible.
