Job summary
The City of Independence Community Services Department is seeking a responsible and hardworking individual to serve as a Front Desk Team Member to perform key administrative functions in support of the Community Services Team.The job involves performing various tasks in support of community services programs and interacting with residents and colleagues.
Responsibilities include answering phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries; compiling records; registering residents for programs; attending training seminars;
and performing other duties as assigned.
