    Role: SRE Architect with experience in IOT AWS platform

    Location: Boston MA

    Model: Day 1 On-site

    Type: Contract

    Duration: Long Term

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • with dev team on the design and technical requirement for scalability of the platform.
    • to the development of standards, policies, and procedures.
    • the appropriate technological approach, team structures, skill sets.
    • configuration, debugging, and support for infrastructure and identity services.
    • for upgrades, seasonal releases, roadmap of features and how will the effect the service availability for the platform.
    • with the technical team in preparing construction phase design directives.
    • architectural initiatives that drive and improve efficiency in line with business strategy.
    • and manage the support strategic for the platform.
    • business expectations of service availability & negotiate solutions to complex problems with business & 3rd party partners.
    • assigned software projects on time and within budget.
    • and cohesion of developed or reviewed architecture solutions across all architectural layers.
    • with product/program and project teams to understand needs.
    • architecture, network diagrams and any other relevant documentation.
    • peer reviews to solicit feedback on materials created.
    • the programming language, and framework, for creating a solution.
    • the risks associated with third-party platforms.
    • that infrastructure and architecture are properly maintained.
    • systems so that the business can meet its goals.
    • understanding of the AWS framework including IoT Services offered in AWS.
    • experience designing distributed systems and applications on the AWS Cloud
    • knowledge of Java, Python, C#
    • Storage Fundamentals, Networking, AWS Cloud specific patterns, AWS Service selection
    • with cloud computing, DevOps, and containers.
    • understanding of cloud solutions and cloud computing architecture
    • to translate business requirements into technical goals.
    • with scalability, reliance, cybersecurity concepts
