    Position Summary


    The Supervisor of Clinical Research is responsible for the development, supervision and work coordination of the clinical research support staff of the Research Institute.

    The Supervisor applies solid principles of leadership, human relations, and continuous quality improvement to ensure the growth and fiscal success of the Institute.

    Work situations are varied requiring a strong knowledge base, organization, problem solving, decision-making, and leadership. Internal contacts include all levels of staff and management. External contacts include physicians, research sponsors, CROs, and research monitors.

    Requirements


    • Bachelor's degree in the field of business management, healthcare, nursing, science or related field, or equivalent experience
    • Three (3) years minimum experience in clinical research required
    • Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a supervisory or lead capacity
    • Employee must provide automobile for use in their work and the employee must be able to comply with MHS Policy on Vehicle Use, Employee Owned. Policy available on request

    Pay and Benefit Expectations

    We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off.

    As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position.

    The pay scale is $75, $109,262.00 USD.

    However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to:
    skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.

    If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
