    Join Our Dynamic Team as a Locum - Physician - Radiology in Charleston, WV


    Are you a skilled radiologist seeking an exciting opportunity to make a difference? We are looking for a dedicated Locum Physician specializing in Radiology to provide high-quality imaging services in a fast-paced environment.

    This role offers flexibility, competitive compensation, and the chance to work with a supportive team committed to your success.


    In this position, you'll be critical in diagnosing a wide range of cases, primarily focusing on Emergency Room and inpatient imaging, along with select outpatient exams.

    Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes through accurate and timely interpretation of radiologic studies.


    Required Skills:
    Proven experience in high-volume radiology reading, especially ER and inpatient cases
    Proficiency in interpreting XR, CT, MR, US, and NM modalities
    Comfortable handling stroke imaging and neuro cases
    Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail
    Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams


    Nice to Have Skills:
    Subspecialty experience in MSK, Neuro, or Nuc Med
    Experience with remote reading platforms and PACS systems
    Familiarity with stroke protocols and emergent imaging workflows


    Preferred Education and Experience:
    Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology
    Minimum of 3 years of clinical radiology experience, including high-volume ER readings
    Prior locum or temporary radiology work preferred


    Other Requirements:
    Valid medical license for WV or the ability to obtain one quickly
    Certification in advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) strongly preferred
    Willingness to cover the start date of 02/13/2026
    Ability to work remotely with reliable internet connectivity
