Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support our infusion patients in the Flagstaff, AZ and surrounding areas.The Position: The Infusion Nurse provides primary patient care for specifically assigned patients to include assessments, care planning, evaluation and education of patients receiving infusion therapy and/or other nursing services in accordance with the care matrices and best practices in the home or alternate site setting.
