    Full Time Physical Therapist Opportunity

    We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at a post-acute care facility in Des Moines, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of our patients and provide exceptional rehabilitation services.

    The successful candidate will have experience working with patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care. They will be responsible for conducting thorough screenings and evaluations, developing individualized care plans, delivering rehabilitative treatment interventions, administering various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, providing consultation and counseling to patients and families, and generating comprehensive discharge summaries.
