    Position Overview: As the Plant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our electronic manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, from scheduling and quality control to safety and cost management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing professionals, including supervisors, technicians, and operators.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and meet production targets.
    • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
    • Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize lead times.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and increase profitability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance, to resolve issues and implement best practices.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and drive performance optimization.
    • Develop and manage the plant budget, controlling costs and expenses while maximizing efficiency and productivity.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in the electronics industry.
    • Proven track record of success in leading manufacturing operations, driving continuous improvement, and achieving operational excellence.
    • Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Solid understanding of quality management systems, lean manufacturing principles, and Six Sigma methodologies.
    • Experience with ERP systems, production planning software, and other manufacturing tools and technologies.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
