    Diese Position berichtet direkt an den Original Content (Consumer) Marketing Director EMEA und ist Teil eines greren Pan-EMEA Marketing Teams.


    Sie werden fr die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingplnen bei der Einfhrung und Expansion in neue Mrkte in der DACH-Region verantwortlich sein; hauptschlich fr die Marken Gutscheingold und One4all.

    Sie werden funktionsbergreifend mit den Produkt-, DTC- und Handelsteams zusammenarbeiten und mit den wichtigsten Stakeholdern innerhalb unseres Vertriebsnetzes, Kunden und externen Agenturen in Kontakt treten.


    BHN wchst schnell, und unsere Original Content (OC) Marken sind der Kern dieses Wachstums, whrend wir in neue Mrkte expandieren.

    Dies ist eine neue Position innerhalb des Marketingteams und die erste spezielle OC-Marketingposition in der DACH-Region.

    Wir suchen jemanden, der sich fr ein dynamisches, kreatives Marketingteam begeistern kann, der etwas bewirken mchte und in der Lage ist, in der Region selbststndig zu arbeiten, die spezifischen Bedrfnisse des Marktes zu verstehen und funktionierende Marketingtaktiken zu entwickeln.

    Gelegentliche Reisen innerhalb der DACH-Region und nach Grobritannien/Irland (EMEA-Zentrale) sind fr diese Position erforderlich.


    This role reports directly to the Original Content (Consumer) Marketing Director EMEA and sits within a wider pan-EMEA Marketing team.


    You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans as we launch and expand into new markets across the DACH region; primarily for the Gutscheingold and One4all brands.

    You will be working cross-functionally with the Product, DTC and commercial teams, engaging with key stakeholders within our sales channel network, customers and third-party agencies.


    BHN is growing rapidly, and our Original Content (OC) brands are at the core of that growth as we expand into new markets.

    This is a new role within the marketing team and will be the first dedicated OC marketing appointment to the DACH region.

    We are looking for someone with the passion to join a dynamic, creative marketing team who wants to make an impact and is comfortable to working autonomously within the region; understanding the specific needs of the market and developing marketing tactics that work.

    On occasion, this role requires travel within the DACH regions, and to the UK / Ireland (EMEA Head Office.)


    Responsibilities:
    Vorantreiben und Umsetzen von Verbrauchermarketingplnen fr das Unternehmen in der DACH-Region.

    Zusammenarbeit mit dem Digital Marketing Team bei bezahlten Social Media Marketing- und Owned Channel Marketing-Aktivitten, einschlielich E-Mail-Marketing, organischem Social Media Marketing und Website-Seiten.

    Verwaltung von Drittanbieter-Agenturen und Sicherstellung, dass Briefing-Projekte, Budgets und wichtige Ziele eingehalten werden.

    Sicherstellung der visuellen Konsistenz, der Tonalitt und der Markenpersnlichkeit in der gesamten internen und externen Kommunikation, bei Produkten und Verpackungen.

    Verfolgung und Verwaltung der Marketingbudgets fr die DACH-Region, einschlielich der Kampagneninvestitionen, der Zuteilung von Bestellungen und der monatlichen Berichterstattung, um einen angemessenen Return on Investment zu gewhrleisten.

    Berichterstattung ber die Analyse von Marketing-Performance-Daten, Bewertung und Verfeinerung der Aktivitten unter Verwendung der gewonnenen Erkenntnisse. Bereitstellung von Marketing-Updates und Berichten fr die Region nach Bedarf.
    Verwaltung der Forschung fr Verbraucherkampagnen sowie der qualitativen und quantitativen Marktforschung.
    Untersttzung des Marketingdirektors bei regionalen ffentlichen Angelegenheiten und/oder Krisenmanagement.

    Drive and implement consumer marketing plans for the business within the DACH region.

    Localize and implement integrated marketing campaigns including brand awareness, public relations, social, influencers marketing, and sales channels in-store marketing activities.

    Develop consumer campaigns, marketing collateral, content, and videos from brief to execution.

    Manage all sales channel activity in the DACH regions including POS, promotional activities and communications while working closely with the Commerce and Product Team.

    Co-create with the Digital Marketing team on paid social media marketing and owned channel marketing activities including email marketing, organic social media marketing, and website pages.

    Manage third-party agencies and ensure briefs projects, budgets and key objectives are met.

    Act as a brand guardian ensuring visual consistency, tone of voice, and brand personality is executed across all internal and external communications, products, and packaging.

    Track and manage DACH marketing budgets including the campaign investments, allocation of purchase orders, and monthly reporting, ensuring appropriate return on investment.

    Report on marketing performance data analysis, evaluation and refine activity using learnings. Deliver marketing updates and reports for the region as required.
    Manage consumer campaign research, and qualitative and quantitative market research.
    Support Marketing Director on regional public affairs and/or crisis management.


    Qualifications:
    Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
    Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung und Erfolgsbilanz in einer hnlichen Marketingfunktion, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen FMCG, CPC oder Einzelhandel

    Sie sind in der Lage, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten, enge Fristen einzuhalten und verfgen ber eine ausgezeichnete Detailgenauigkeit.

    Minimum 3-5 years experience and track record in a similar marketing role preferably within FMCG, CPC or Retail
