• Location: Ascension Sacred Heart Emerald Coast; 7800 US Hwy 98 W Miramar Beach, FL
• Schedule: Full Time; Monday- Friday, 2:00pm - 12:00am, rotating weekends
• Requirement: Housekeeping supervision and Staff & Project scheduling
• Pay Rate: $52,000 per year with perks like free uniform shirts and safety shoes

Job Summary:

As an Environmental Services Manager, you'll oversee departmental operations, coordinate tasks, and maintain service standards. Your role is crucial in providing the highest level of service and fostering a healing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Financial data and statistics management
• Monitoring unit expenditures
• Developing departmental budget
• Coordinating housekeeping activities
• Establishing work standards and policies
• Encouraging staff creativity
• Ensuring regulatory compliance
• Leading quality performance
• Administering Total Quality Management process
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 4 years of support services experience
• 1+ years of supervisory/management experience
• Strong work ethic and customer service focus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office products
• Associates degree preferred
