Our client, a well-established law firm located in Philadelphia, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Specialist to join their team.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
    • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with general ledger entries
    • Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and data management
    • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
    • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency

    Qualifications:

    • Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • Experience with AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger preferred
