*Pay Range:* $44.83 per hour

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

*Job Description: -· Performs and coordinates the analysis and design of business systems.

• Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the needs of the assigned customer group from the business and technical perspective.
• Works closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements and see them through implementation.
• Develops and executes systems testing.
• Acts as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups.

*Responsibilities:

• Be the "voice of the client" for through developing a deep understanding of the client's needs and identification of product and service delivery gaps through in-depth interviews, focus groups, and surveys
• Derive insights across channels, products, and business segments and translate into strategic recommendations
• Engage and drive organization in client experience innovation / and introducing ideas
• Foster an environment where risk/control issues are escalated, and trends are anticipated and identified

*Qualifications & Skills:

• 2-3 years of experience in voice of customer or client experience roles with true passion for insights generation, leveraging innovative technologies
• 1-2 years project management experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize key trends and insights and the ability to explain research findings to executive audience
• Prior experience with Project Management, Process Improvement, Data Analysis
• Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels, in a peer-like way, and achieve goals without direct control over resources
• Strong data presentation skills with the ability to share complex stories in a simple way
• Flexible approach and positive attitude, willing to pitch in wherever help is needed
