- 5+ years of Change Management experience within financial services space / Experience in Markets, ideally managing testing a deployment effort of the strategic change.

- Understanding of MRA requirements (test evidence, test scripts, audit)

- Can tell a story with PowerPoint for executive level communication

- Partner with Product Owners and Development Team to understand the changes and define the scope of UAT.
- Develop testing plans for multiple workstreams to ensure all relevant scope is tested prior to production release.
- Document test scripts and ensure their adherence to change standards.
- Perform in-sprint testing of feature JIRA's.
- Partner with Operations Leaders to obtain UAT testers.
- Coordination of E2E UAT with Operations SME's.
- Document and prioritize all defects that are identified during UAT.
- Identify relevant metrics and generate test summary reporting.

The Global Data & Reporting Operations (GDRO) Strategic Solutions & Enablement (SSE) team is seeking a Contractor, who will have a strategy and change management role focused on User Acceptance Testing Leadership. This person will partner with Global Markets Operations leaders and process owners to provide an end-to-end UAT testing leadership as well as advise on testing strategies throughout the development cycle of our strategic program.
