Columbia Coatings is part of the finishing industry that supplies not only Powder Coating Paint and Supplies but also the equipment such as Powder Coating Ovens, Booths and application guns. We are an e-commerce business that provides products and services to our customers in the states and world wide. As we continue to expand and grow our business in the Decatur and Benton County area, conventionally located off of I40 (exit 126), we are seeking team members to work toward expansion and growth to better serve our customers. We pride ourselves in Quality, Fast Shipping and Customer Service. We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Electronics Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Electronics Assembly Technician you will be responsible for assembling, soldering and testing electrical components to ensure proper functionality and preparing orders for shipping. Duties

• Assemble and wire electronic components following schematics and instructions.
• Solder electrical connections accurately and securely.
• Perform testing and troubleshooting on completed assemblies to ensure proper functionality.
• Use basic hand tools to install, secure, and modify components as needed.
• Identify and resolve circuit connection issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Ensure Quality Control and accuracy of order before shipping.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and circuit connections.
• Experience with soldering electronic components.
• Ability to work with small components and perform fine motor tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Previous experience in electronics assembly or a related field.
• Excellent physical stamina and capable of heavy lifting (up to 55 pounds) regularly throughout the shift.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
