We are growing the team to help us deploy Autonomous Vehicle technology into real products.

As a member of the automotive group, you will work on state-of-the-art autonomous vehicle technologies with leaders in AI / deep learning, computer vision, motion planning and vehicle control.

You will be developing and maintaining testing and validation methods for AV software, and collaborating with software developers to ensure tests are implemented accurately and covering the vital elements.

What you'll be doing:

As a member of the Software Integration Testing team (SIT), you will work on the end-to-end software for autonomous driving.

You will collaborate with a team of engineers with multifaceted strengths, encompassing the entire Automotive platform.

This is an On-Site role that contributes from the testing site frontline.

Track and evaluate performance of the autonomous vehicle driving behavior testing based on defined performance metrics.

Responsible for testing coordination, data tracking, and troubleshooting/reporting.

Collaborate with Engineering teams on projects relating to the vehicle data pipeline.

Constantly work with Operations, Test Specialists & Vehicle Integration team to identify the gaps in the existing process and come up with innovative solutions to address them.

Debug and triage issues and failures observed during testing and report findings to the respective stakeholders.

Work Schedule:
Mon-Sun Day/Night shift as per needs

What we need to see:
BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics or equivalent fields.

3+ years of prior proven experience with testing & validation for ADAS/AV OEMs or Suppliers.

Experience in Parking, Active Safety and ADAS functions like ACC, LK, LC etc.

Experience with Linux and QNX based operating systems.

Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycles and methodologies, Test Planning and Validation.

Strong understanding of Software Version Control.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of customers and staff.

Demonstration of the ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Excels in debugging, troubleshooting, and proper documentations.

Experience with Git/Jira/Confluence.

Experience with a scripting language, including Python and Bash.

Passionate about innovative technology and actively stays informed on leading technologies and trends, especially in the field of autonomous vehicles and autonomous systems.
