Job Title

Commercial Security Specialist

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, service, and repair mag locks, electric strikes, door hardware, and access control systems for commercial clients.
Maintain customer relationships by resolving concerns and answering questions to build long-term relationships.
Plan security system installations by surveying and evaluating locations to identify alarm installation requirements and create equipment and wiring plans.
Verify access/CCTV systems are functioning by testing equipment, connections, and signals, and correct any issues that arise.
Maintain records by documenting installation and service activities.

Requirements:

Experience with a wide range of CCTV and Access Control Systems.
Proficiency in Access Control Systems programming.
Excellent customer service skills, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, with strong time management and organizational skills.
