What You'll Do:

As the Chief Business Development Officer, you will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic vision, direction, and execution for all business development activities within our organization. Your work will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization and advancing our mission of providing innovative, person-centered care to residents in need.

Key Responsibilities of a Chief Business Development Officer:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and diversification of services, aligning with organizational goals and objectives
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to identify emerging opportunities, assess market dynamics, and inform strategic decision-making
  • Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations with healthcare providers, insurers, technology vendors, and community organizations to enhance service offerings and create value-added solutions for our clients
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business ventures, joint ventures, acquisitions, and partnerships that align with our strategic priorities and contribute to the long-term growth and sustainability of the organization
  • Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to promote our services, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty
  • Analyze revenue streams, pricing models, and reimbursement trends to optimize revenue cycles, improve profitability, and enhance financial performance across the organization
  • Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability to drive results and achieve organizational objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and business development activities, providing regular reports and updates to senior leadership on progress, opportunities, and challenges

Rate of Pay: USD $275, USD $300,000.00 /Yr. -:

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications of a Chief Business Development Officer:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in business development, sales, or related field, preferably in the healthcare or long-term care industry
  • Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, reimbursement models, and healthcare market trends, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion
  • Exceptional strategic planning, analytical, and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative business development strategies that deliver measurable results
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Visionary leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams to achieve goals and drive organizational success
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and functions, leveraging cross-functional expertise to achieve shared goals and objectives
