    Job Description:


    As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide outstanding support to our customers.

    This role requires an individual who is not only customer service-oriented but also understands the critical importance of timely delivery of medical supplies.


    Responsibilities:
    Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone promptly and courteously, ensuring all questions and concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
    Handle order processing, including taking orders, verifying shipping addresses, and ensuring accurate billing information.
    Coordinate with our warehouse team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
    Assist with shipping and packaging orders during peak periods or when it is an 'all hands on deck' situation.
    Proactively monitor order statuses and resolve any issues that may arise, such as delays or discrepancies.
    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
    Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.


    Requirements:
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Proven experience in a customer service or related role, preferably within the medical supplies industry.
    Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
