    Belmont Village Burbank - Director of Resident Care Services (Must be a Licensed Nurse in the State of California)

    Our seasoned Director of Resident Care Services leads a large team of licensed nurses, med techs and caregivers to ensure compliance and guest satisfaction standards are met.

    Prior Director of Nursing experience required in a large Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing Facility or CCRC.

    Wage:
    $100,000 - $125,000 base salary with bonus potential. Wage based on experience and education.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Current LVN/LPN or RN license required
    • Minimum two years nursing managerial experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Assisted Living (AL) , Memory Care (ALZ) or Senior Living community.
    • Successful demonstration of exceptional organizational, communication, & customer service skills
    • Ability to work flexible schedules in 24 hour operation including weekends as needed

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Responsible for overall compliance of clinical services & programs including accuracy of medication administration.
    • Works collaboratively and facilitates communication with physician offices, ancillary services, responsible parties and internal care teams to deliver quality resident care.
    • Works collaboratively to complete timely resident assessments and to develop & initiate the Care & Service Plan
    • Supports and assists in day-to-day care and clinical needs as needed
    • Conducts interviewing & hiring, evaluates employee performance, provides coaching and employee training, and delegates assignments for all direct reports.
