    A Day in The Life of this Role at Momentum

    As a Technical Project Manager Senior Lead on our Information Technology team at Momentum, your days will be dynamic and filled with opportunities to contribute to our mission. Here's a glimpse into what your typical day might look like:

    • Start your day by reviewing the latest project updates and progress reports.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the impact of current IT projects and changes within the organization.
    • Join a team meeting to share ideas, align on goals, and contribute to the overall strategy of the Information Technology team.
    • Engage with project stakeholders, using their feedback to refine and improve project outcomes.
    • Implement change management plans, utilizing your skills to ensure smooth adoption and minimize resistance.
    • Work closely with our partners at Momentum companies, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure successful project implementation.
    • Dedicate time to researching new methodologies and tools that can enhance project delivery and change management processes.
    • Attend workshops and professional development seminars to enhance your expertise and stay ahead in the field of IT project management and change management.
    • Plan for the next stages of current projects and outline preliminary plans for new initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and stakeholder expectations.

    Qualifications:

    We're looking for someone who:

    • Holds a bachelor's degree ideally in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Demonstrates a proven track record of success in managing IT projects, implementing change management strategies, and leading cross-functional teams.
    • Has a demonstrated history of driving organizational change, enhancing project delivery processes, and adapting to evolving IT landscapes.
    • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Has the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, business units, and senior management.
    • Displays resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments, with a patient and understanding approach to managing change.
    • Excels in communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively negotiating and influencing outcomes.
    • Demonstrates a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, Change Management frameworks, and Enterprise Business Applications.
    • Shows proficiency in relevant project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
    • Has a demonstrated history of leadership, with the ability to inspire teams and drive projects to successful completion.
    • Is passionate for utilizing technology to solve business challenges and drive efficiency.
    • Demonstrates focus, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality under tight deadlines.
    • Can handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity and remaining agile.

    When considering experience for this role, we typically find a great fit with candidates who have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the specified field. Additionally, experience in a holding company and/or in a start-up environment is a definite plus.

    The base salary range for this position may vary based on location. Actual compensation will be determined by role, level, and location, considering additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. For roles eligible for remote work, the base salary is tailored to the designated work location. In addition to the base salary, candidates may be eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus, determined based on both the company's business performance and individual contributions.
