- Maintain supervision over operational tasks and provide day-to-day oversight for Cyber Security Engineer

- Provide comprehensive services for our customers, including proactive monitoring, system configuration and integration of Imperva WAF GW and Database Security.
- Oversee ongoing product maintenance over Linux-based appliance
- Work with Imperva internal research, Support, development and product teams by delivering actionable intelligence that will inform future product enhancements
- Be a trusted advisor, take ownership of all problems you encounter, and be a team player
- Provide an excellent quality level troubleshooting, investigations of complex technical issues along with providing solutions.
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving approach alongside self-learning ability
- You have the ability to detect inefficiencies and opportunities to redefine business processes and implement change
- You have leadership experience with ability to drive results, provide feedback/direction, and build relationships with customers and team members in a geographically dispersed environment
- You have intermediate to advanced Tech Support, Networking or IT Security experience
- You have deep knowledge proven experience working with Linux and/or other Unix-like variants
- You have a very good understanding of security protocols including HTTP, SSL, DNS and TCP/IP.
- You are a leader and can work independently as well as tightly with a team
- Your customer-facing skills are polished, and you know not to guess when in doubt
- Familiarity with Relational Databases such as Oracle and MSSQL.
- 5+ years of experience within a cybersecurity environment; experience in a leadership role is preferred
- Working knowledge of SIEM technologies, like Splunk, ELK, LogRhythm, etc.
- Familiarity with network sniffing tools such as TCPdump, Wireshark and Fiddler.
- Experience with firewall and networking appliances such as WAF and Load Balancers.
- Familiarity with virtualized platforms such as VMWare, AWS and Azure.
- Familiarity with common web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, JSON and web APIs.
- Programming or Scripting experience with Bash, Shell or Python.
- Familiarity with Web Application Security along with OWASP top 10
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, CISSP, DBA.
