    Coastal Cooling is seeking a talented and results-driven HVAC Business Developer to join our team in Fort Myers. FL.

    As an HVAC Business Developer, you will be responsible for generating new business, building profitable relationships, and achieving sales targets.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain an understanding of Coastal products and services, including HVAC systems, indoor air quality, and energy-saving solutions.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets.
    • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, and execute on sales strategies to close deals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and generate referrals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet project deadlines.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.

    Salary Description
    $ 150k+ per year

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in HVAC or related industries.
    • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
