Job Summary
This position is incentive eligible.The Director of Critical Care will oversee the operations of ICU Services and plan, direct and coordinate all operational activities for areas of responsibility
You will be responsible for development and enforcement of policies and procedures that ensure quality patient care, and for quality and performance improvement activities
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines as set by federal, state, local agencies (i.e., JCAHO, Medicare)
- B.A./ B.S. required; M.A./ M.S. preferred
- California Registered Nurse License required
- Active BLS certification required)
