Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for Fixed Operations? Volvo Cars of Sugar Land, part of the growing Krause Auto Group, is looking for a Parts & Service Director to oversee our state-of-the-art Service & Parts departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all Service & Parts Department
- Maximize profitability and efficiency by implementing best practices in service and parts operations.
- Drive success, ensuring we become a leader in the market.
- Recruit, train, and develop department managers and staff to create a high-performance team.
- Enhance the customer experience, ensuring exceptional CSI scores and long-term customer loyalty.
- Manage department budgets, expense controls, and revenue targets to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with dealership management and Volvo to stay ahead of industry trends.
What We're Looking For:
Proven success in Fixed Operations leadership (Volvo experience is a plus).
A track record of growing service and parts departments in a competitive market.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Ability to manage service and parts operations with a focus on efficiency and profitability.
