    CULTURE POP SODA is looking for an experienced beverage territory sales leader for the Greater Seattle Area

    This is an opportunity to join a GROWTH COMPANY and a team of people who are reinventing carbonated soft drinks. Culture Pop has built a culture of excellence and we are looking for the next great teammate.

    Culture Pop is a leader in the growing functional soda category. We are distributed globally in major Chains: Albertsons, Kroger, Walmart, Whole Foods... and are sold locally in several regional chains and independent stores. Our territory sales manager will have the following responsibilities:


    • Drive sales and distribution growth throughout territory and aggressively pursue new accounts and foster relationships with current account base


    • Communicate retail account activity to our local distributor partners, distributor representatives, and management teams


    • Plan and manage individual time and activities to maximize sales volume within territory.

    Requirements:


    • YOU MUST LIVE IN THE SEATTLE AREA


    • 4+ days a week in the field


    • Consistent calls on local retail buyers, decision makers, and key account managers


    • Regular distributor ride-along

    About You


    • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required


    • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in beverage or other similar CPG industry


    • Must be a self-starter, organized and driven to succeed and win


    • Excellent sales and relationship development skills


    • Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license and a clean driving record


    • Proficient in basic computer skills, excel, word and the google suite


    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
