    Description

    We are ac vely looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team, at a building material supplier that manufactures and distributes a wide variety of building products to both single- and mul -family homebuilders, developers, and contractors. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for ac vely managing mul ple mul -family projects at the me while proofing submitals, genera ng change orders, conduc ng physical takeoffs, and collabora ng with the purchasing department to ensure mely procurement of necessary products.

    Addi onally, the Project Coordinator will oversee order entries for your projects and manage the accountability of field managers while also working closely with various in-house departments, as well as customers and vendors.

    Job Type: Full Time, On-site

    Responsibili es for the Project Coordinator:


    • Manage and control costs while maintaining the highest level of product quality


    • Oversee and manage field managers, ensuring timely submission of verifications and data, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures


    • Post bid addendums, proposal requests, RFI's, ASI's, etc.


    • Using experience and knowledge as they relate to building codes, life safety, and accessibility


    • Documen ng all aspects of any given project through contracts, change orders, sales orders, purchase orders, order acknowledgements, submitals, emails and/or other forms of correspondence.


    • Managing several mul -family projects daily


    • Working with suppliers and vendors for product informa on, lead- mes, and shipping details


    • Direct communica on with customers via , email, or jobsite visits


    • Determining and adequately mee ng project schedules & deadlines techniques


    • Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data


    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


    • Strong organizational and time management skills
