    HR Employee Relations Specialist

    Advanced Resources is seeking skilled HR Employee Relations Specialists. The ideal candidates will have experience managing and improving the relationship between the organization and its employees. The HR Employee Relations Specialist will handle employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.     Responsibilities:

    Employee Relations:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters.
    • Investigate and address employee complaints, grievances, and concerns in a timely and confidential manner.
    • Conduct thorough investigations into workplace issues, including discrimination, harassment, and policy violations.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters.

    Conflict Resolution:

    • Mediate conflicts and disputes between employees or between employees and management.
    • Facilitate constructive communication and problem-solving to resolve conflicts and improve workplace relationships.
    • Recommend and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues and promote a positive work environment.

    Policy Development and Compliance:

    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Provide training to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

    Performance Management:

    • Support the performance management process by providing guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
    • Assist in conducting performance evaluations and performance improvement plans as needed.

    Employee Engagement:

    • Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.
    • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
