    Job Responsibilities:
    • Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
    • Evaluate patients' physical conditions, assess their limitations, and develop personalized treatment plans.
    • Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functionality.
    • Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to perform at home to enhance recovery.
    • Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
    • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of patients' conditions, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Utilize various modalities, including manual therapy, to treat musculoskeletal conditions effectively.
    Requirements:
    • Current state license as a Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
    • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
    • Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, equipment, and procedures.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
