    Reporting directly to the Enterprise Application Manager of Harbor Linx Business Support, Inc. (HLBS).

    HLBS is the business support subsidiary that works with related companies; McGuire and Hester, Casey-Fogli Concrete Construction, Circa 26, and CF&T Concrete Pumping.

    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled business analyst to join our Harbor Linx Business Support team.

    As a business analyst, you will work closely with our project managers, finance team, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.

    You must be able to write reports, create dashboards and understand how to integrate databases from multiple programs into one report.

    You must also be able to assist in software implementation projects. You will aid in software enhancements that will yield improved reporting and information dissemination. You will play a critical role in helping us achieve our business objectives, manage risks, and maximize profitability.

    Reports to Key Communication Partners Project Managers, Area Managers, Group Managers, ExecutivesTypical Duties Become the go to person for reports across the entire organization, including performing ad-hoc analysis and reporting.

    Develop in-depth knowledge of our application database configurations and how to extract vital information to create comprehensive reports.
    Develop critical job status and departmental reports.
    Encourage improving organizational health through clear reporting and communication.

    Support our project management teams in their month end tasks:
    Cost & Revenue Projections, Progress Updates, Change Order Tracking.
    Support our resource team with equipment utilization and dispatch reporting.

    Support estimating and business development by creating reports and integrating data from Salesforce with other ERP programs such as VistaCreate and maintain project management training materials.

    Hold training sessions and onboard new employees with the technology and ERP systems the company has adopted.
    Collaborate with estimators and project managers to develop project budgets, identify risks, and create mitigation strategies.
    Develop reports and dashboards to track company performance and communicate results to senior management and stakeholders.
    Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, technology improvements and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
    Collect and analyze data on construction project costs, schedules, and performance metrics, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    Provide insights and recommendations to project teams to improve project performance and profitability.
    Assist in the implementation, process documentation, and training of enterprise application software.
    Work with IT hardware team to make sure equipment is being maintained and functioning at peak performance.
    Desired Skills Experience with Vista by ViewpointExperience with HCSS applications (HeavyBid, HeavyJob)

    Report and Dashboard Creation (Power BI or Similar)Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field.

    MBA or relevant professional certification preferred.3-5 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or project management in the construction industry.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and information into actionable insights and recommendations.
    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
    Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and other data visualization tools.
    Experience with project management software such as Vista by Viewpoint, HCSS or Salesforce preferred.
    Knowledge of construction industry trends, best practices, and regulations.
    Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

    Expected Compensation:
