- Patient-focused, friendly and enjoys a collaborative environmentThis location is near an entertainment complex, professional sports and refreshing Lake Pleasant: Our Health Clinic in Surprise is nestled within one of Arizona's fastest growing municipalities This is a suburban demographic that includes age-restricted neighborhoods and young family communities. The clinic is currently focused on primary care services with chronic disease management, Medicare wellness, physicals, well-child examinations, acute care visits and minor in-office procedures. The clinic is near schools and adjacent to a vibrant, developing city center, offering the physician an opportunity for an expanding practice.
Banner Health total compensation package includes:
- Salary base plus incentives
- Starting bonus + Loan Repayment up to $100K
