- Proactively adapt to evolving business needs and industry standards to consistently deliver documentation that meets the dynamic requirements of our audience.
- Research, analyze, and organize technical information to enhance the presentation and accessibility of our documentation.
- Mentor and support junior technical writers, fostering their growth and development within the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computing, Technical Writing, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Extensive understanding of the documentation lifecycle and structured documentation planning.
- Proficiency in common web technologies and adeptness in utilizing technical writing tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe CC, and Document Management Systems.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to distill complex information into easily understandable content.
- Strong project management abilities, including the capacity to handle multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with industry style guides and writing for an international audience.
- Previous experience in software development or the payment industry is a plus.
